The coating was fragrant and the pork inside was tender🥰 The more you chew, the more the meat's umami spreads, and the sweetness of the fat is amazing🙌 Thick but not too heavy, this tonkatsu stayed delicious right to the end✌️ Of course it's great with sauce and rice, but the pork itself has plenty of flavor, so simply enjoying it on its own is satisfying too✨ And the tonjiru is packed with ingredients and incredibly delicious! I was staying in 荻窪 and wanted a delicious lunch nearby before heading home, so I searched and visited. From the 11:30〜14 lunch menu, I had hirekatsu (1250円 including tax, cash payment). Tonjiru・pickles・free rice refills. With homemade breadcrumbs, even the coating was delicious. Next time I'd like to come for dinner. Thank you for the meal😋

Two of us went in the evening. Very reasonably priced and delicious. Rice refills are unlimited, and the tonjiru is piping hot and tasty. I usually have fillet, but chose rosu katsu for a change. Well, it was delicious, but had a bit too much fat, so swapping some with my partner's fillet made it just right. It may depend on the time, but there was a faint tobacco smell inside that put a damper on things. So a slight deduction for that.

A restaurant serving properly prepared dishes with the right cooking techniques. You can tell when you eat it: the gentle aroma of the fresh-breadcrumb coating and the quality of the meat. The finely shredded cabbage is also something you rarely experience. If I had to mention something, perhaps the rice is quite soft. Still, the quality is higher than an ordinary neighborhood tonkatsu restaurant, so I keep coming. There may not be many craftspeople who can do such good work.
