They don't open during the day, so at night, if the sign at the back of the parking lot is lit, they're definitely open. This was my first visit in ５ years. Since this was my second stop, I skipped the tai I'd eaten at the first place, and they recommended hirame and ika. I ordered sweet-potato shochu with hot water and hirame sashimi, which arrived thinly sliced. They said the thin slicing emphasizes its texture and flavor. The akami・aji・ika nigiri had less rice, and the drinks were delicious too. Tobikko・ikura were served as gunkan . As always, the owner has an unintimidating appearance unlike a typical sushi chef (in a good way), with his wife seeming to stay a step behind. He used to attend motorcycle events and still treasures the motorcycle jacket he bought. Since there were no other customers, they also let me meet their friendly pet dog after I pressed them a little. Thank you for the meal.
