Buta kimchi-don set, ９５０円. The buta kimchi has a savory flavor, the soba has just the right chew, and the dashi-rich broth is delicious too! The portion is generous, and coffee is included after the meal, so I'd say it's good value! The husband works quietly and diligently, while his wife provides friendly service, letting you enjoy a leisurely meal. Its inconspicuous location is another plus. A tucked-away soba shop. Personally, it's in my top ３ in Koenji.

I visited close to 13:00. There were about 20 seats. It's a small, cozy shop. I had the seasonal hiyashi tanuki udon. The noodles were on the thin side. It was colorful, pleasantly chewy, and very delicious! The portion was generous too! There were also 2 small side dishes, a vinegared dish and pickles, and both were delicious! All this for just 800円! I also received a half portion of rice and an after-meal coffee for free. If I get the chance to be nearby again, I'll definitely come back. Thank you!

It's quite far from Koenji's main street, but this soba shop is loved by the locals. The handmade Sarashina soba is delicious, but I also really appreciate the set meals featuring seasonal fish tempura and the wide range of other dishes. I imagine many people don't know you can eat fugu and hamo tempura in Koenji. The shop is run by a married couple, and the wife is very sweet and attentive. I'd love to visit again. It's always delicious.

I ordered the tendon and soba set. They prepared it carefully, with an emphasis on making everything fresh. The soba was fresh and moist, and I was satisfied.
