A Chinese restaurant in a corner of an upscale residential neighborhood. The restaurant's design also gives it an elegant atmosphere. There is a wide-ranging menu, from ramen to authentic Chinese cuisine, and everything is very delicious. They use ingredients that are in season, so throughout the year you can enjoy meals while experiencing the changing seasons. The staff also have a homey warmth, work efficiently, and many are attentive.

It has been quite a while now, but the name has changed to “ザ・中華.” The menu also feels more authentic than before; I especially recommend the mouthwatering chicken, chili shrimp, tantanmen, and fried rice. Apparently they will soon start serving congee and dim sum too, so I plan to try going for breakfast.

Generous portions, very delicious, and incredibly cheap prices—it is fantastic.
