Yakisoba is delicious! The impact of the thick noodles and the flavor of salt, garlic, vegetables, and pork make it irresistibly seasoned. Don't forget the gyoza!

Yoooo this sort of place is exactly my vibe. A local mom and pop shop that an acquaintance recommended, he used to go here 40 years ago 😳. Definitely a local establishment. I highly recommend the yakisoba and chahan with meat. Decent prices. Small space, but real cozy.

This place is a hidden gem! 💎 It was started by the owners father in the 60's and seems to have been forgotten over the years, which is really sad because the gyoza are the best I've had in Tokyo. They are really fresh and often he wraps them right in front of you. In a nutshell this shop is cute, fresh, tasty and cheap. I eat here regularly and will take pics next time.

This spot offers really delicious, classic ramen. Nothing over the top, just really fresh and nourishing ramen. The gyoza are also really delicious. The owner, Negishi san is a really sweet guy too. Whenever I am in ogikubo this is the first place I go for Ramen.

From the south exit of 荻窪駅, go a little way along 南口仲通り, turn left, and the shop is on the corner with a larger street. This is another very old place. It's certainly been here more than 50 years. Just 9 counter seats. A hefty, stubborn-looking older guy does the cooking. I had half-portion fried rice and gyoza. The fried rice is very well made for a neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Plenty of egg, nicely separated grains: good. The important point is that it's simply tasty. The soup in particular is also delicious, which is a pleasure. The gyoza are packed with garlic chives and cabbage, creating an indescribable mouth-filling sensation and a healthy sort of satisfaction. I think the gyoza here are worth trying in 荻窪. The yakisoba is pretty tasty too. The ramen has clear broth and curly noodles cooked just right: simply delicious soy-sauce-flavored Tokyo ramen. 3.8
