Amazing Ramen, I had the pork ramen, and they were very generous with the pork portion, super fillings and absolutely delicious pork. Would eat again
View on GoogleYummy! The broth was the right amount of salty and flavors of the raw egg with ramen fit what I was looking for. I don’t know much Japanese but the owner was really nice and showed me how to eat tsukemen.
View on Googlegreat tsukemen. I might have left my green bottle here. Dear owner, is it at your restaurant? - Update: I got my bottle back because of the kind boss ❤️ he kept it safe for me and I’m grateful for that. He works very hard to make delicious food so if you have the chance, please make sure to check this spot out

View on GoogleI went to 高円寺 for みぞれつけ麺 at 1,250円 and チャーシュー丼 at 350円. The regular-size tsukemen has 300g of noodles before boiling and is incredibly filling. Thoroughly chewing the plump, chewy noodles stimulates your sense of fullness even more. People with small appetites and women might prefer fewer noodles. The dipping broth is also packed with thick chunks of chashu, but they are fall-apart tender and delicious. Also, the raw eggs on the counter are free with no limit, so I dropped in 2 after eating half my chashu rice bowl. It makes a nice change of flavor. After finishing with the dipping broth diluted with stock, I was absolutely stuffed. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal in terms of flavor, portion size, and so on.
