Some people say it's so-so, but honestly, the flavor is really good. I've been many times, and the taste barely varies, which is wonderful✨ The noodles are medium-thin and curly, and don't get soggy easily. The chashu is thoroughly simmered in soy sauce, with a sharp, delicious flavor. The seasoned boiled egg is also deeply flavored and delicious. I've never had one with flavor soaked so thoroughly into the center. I recommend the miso ramen and shio. Caution 1.After buying your meal ticket, be sure to place it in front of your own seat. If you try to be considerate by placing it somewhere easy for the staff to pick up, you'll be told off. 2.When the ramen is ready and being served, if you try to take the bowl, you'll be told off. Don't touch it at all until it's set down. That's all. Please keep these 2 points in mind when visiting.

The ramen is incredibly delicious and warming, and the broth and seasoned egg are absolutely perfect. The problem is that the service is terribly bad. The female staff member doesn't say “welcome” or “thank you for waiting.” This is different from the stern owners you often find at old-fashioned ramen shops: I was glared at when I came in, and when washing my hands after using the restroom, all I got was “Press that button” and “I told you to press the button!” The female staff member, who doesn't treat customers as customers, is just awful. The ramen is delicious, but the service ruins it. I ask that they improve. If they changed their service attitude, they could attract more customers. Update: the staff's attitude had improved. Sometimes the abura soba tastes strong, and sometimes it doesn't.

The shop has been around a long time, but the timing never worked out, so this was my first visit. Pressed the button for soy sauce tsukemen on the machine. The tsukemen uses thick noodles, so the boiling time is longer than for ramen. The dipping broth is standard soy sauce. Or so I thought, but it's absolutely loaded with pork back fat‼️ Oh dear~ it's the back-fat kind… The dipping broth arrived with pork back fat floating on top. The noodles are firm with a good bite. The chopped chashu is delicious too. I think people who like pork back fat would rate it highly. I also had broth to dilute the dipping sauce. Sorry m(_ _)m I couldn't finish the pork back fat and left some.

An intensely rich pork-back-fat tonkotsu shoyu ramen. Rich broth plus back fat sounds greasy, but the flavor is lighter than expected. That said, the corresponding after-meal heaviness does arrive. The noodles are medium-thin and straight, with a relatively clean bite. The broth clings well. There's no chashu-men on the menu! Turns out chashu is sold separately in 1–3 slices. I also bought a regular rice, but apparently half rice is complimentary at lunch, so they refunded the difference. Efficient service! Put that chashu on the rice! It has a tender, falling-apart texture, almost melting when warmed through to the end. The seasoning balances the sweetness of the fat, and it's already delicious on its own. The thick slices make biting into them such a joy. It's not a trendy flavor, but it's ramen that lets you fully enjoy meaty goodness!

I ate here for the first time on Thursday. I went with my girlfriend, and the ramen shop person helped me. I ordered a raw egg but made a mistake. Paid ¥50 more and it became a seasoned egg. It was super delicious! It's become my recommendation! The best! I'm a foreign-looking customer. Sorry my Japanese is bad. m(_ _;)m
