Genuinely some of the best pizza I've ever had wow

I ordered 2 kinds of pizza with 4 flavors each (M size), but was disappointed when I opened the boxes. There were hardly any toppings. Eating them felt like I was just being fed sauce and dough. I'll never order again. A survey email arrived in the middle of the night, so I filled it out, but this screen appeared at the end and I couldn't submit it. Enough with making a fool of your customers. I'll never order again.

Their order management and handling of problems are extremely dishonest. I ordered at 17:45 and visited for the scheduled pickup at 18:00. However, my order wasn't provided even after the scheduled time passed, and after waiting about 10 minutes, my order number disappeared from the display board. Finding this suspicious, I asked a staff member and was told, “We made the order incorrectly and are remaking it.” I was shocked that they hadn't informed me when the mistake happened and had left it unaddressed until I pointed it out myself. In the end, I had to cancel because I had another commitment. Previously, I was also made to wait 1 hour, with the order running more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time, so I cannot possibly believe their operations have improved. Not only is the expectation of being able to pick up on schedule undermined, but their response seems designed to hide mistakes (removing the number), so I cannot recommend this location to anyone with time constraints or anyone seeking accurate service. I strongly hope they fundamentally improve their operations so this never happens again.

My order was delivered to the wrong house, and they brought me a new one, but there was no apology or anything. They might have been a part-timer, but even if they didn't say “Sorry for making a mistake,” I think they should at least have said “Sorry to keep you waiting.” It was more than 30 minutes later than scheduled, after all…. The food does taste good.

There's so little cheese that the taste is considerably worse than the Pizza Hut I've eaten before. The other toppings are sparse, too. At its worst, the cheese covered less than the middle half. Tasteless. I'd been a VIP until now, but I stopped ordering because this location's food tastes bad.
