If you're curious to try some unique flavors that are hard to find outside of Japan, you should definitely check out Niboshi Ramen and seafood-based ramen. These varieties offer a distinct taste that sets them apart from the more common pork bone and soy sauce broths. The Niboshi Ramen at this particular restaurant stands out for its rich flavor profile. The '濃厚煮干しラーメン/Noukou Niboshi Ramen' I tried had the depth of pork bone broth yet finished with a refreshing aftertaste thanks to the dried sardines. Although it's a bit off the beaten path from Nishi-Eifukucho Station, it's well worth the detour when you're in the area. Don't miss out on this hidden gem—it's truly a gourmet experience!
View on GoogleI give a 5 * cause it’s my personal choice and taste. Why ? It’s a sardine soup which you rarely find. It’s tasty and non fat, not too much salty and ramen are quite good. Staff are polite, and they interact with you naturally. It’s worth tasting if you like exploring new like taste especially if you appreciate ramen. Thank you for your hospitality
View on GoogleI like ramen, but don't eat it too often. When I do eat it, I want to eat something special and this was it. It had a fish base to it with this incredible smokey chashu, which tasted a bit like smoked duck. Got lucky and arrived just before the line got big. Go early.
