It was delicious. The sun was beating down and it was too hot, so I went with tsukemen. I only vaguely remembered the location on the map and thought it faced a road cars could drive on, so I got a little lost, but I made it safely… around 3pm, seated without waiting. I ordered the germ noodles with green onion topping… They ask about your noodle choice when you're seated, but after reading the noodle descriptions in front of my seat, germ noodles were the only option for me… The bowl came soon after—thick noodles with a thick, sludgy dipping sauce that clings well to the noodles. Delicious, and the dipping sauce was good enough to drink without adding soup to thin it. The noodles are thick so you'll finish them in a flash—for big eaters, a large serving is a must…
