Best meal in recent memory

A soba restaurant in a residential area. The lineup of Japanese sake feels carefully selected. All the menus go well with sake and are also great as a meal. Even the craft beer is not the common one, it gives the impression of being properly selected. The soba itself is delicious, but the hot soba has a good aroma of dashi, it is incredibly delicious. I found the best drinking place for the weekend.

The soba is thin, doesn't taste much like soba, and the portion is small. When I ordered the 1000 yen shrimp tempura, it was a platter of 2 shrimp tempura and 2 onion tempura. It was freshly fried. In the kitchen, an old couple was fighting the whole time.
