Delicious soba with so many varieties, there is also an English menu which was a nice surprise to have! The tempura is really light, there are plenty of appetizers... one rec: try the soba with sesames is really interesting taste and you will not get bored :)

The tsumami are especially delicious! A large selection of sake, and good service. The interior lacks atmosphere, but for the price, so be it. Double-decker soba! Remarkably good.

Good quick bite. Plenty of seating inside for max prob 4ppl.

A soba restaurant about a 5-minute walk from the north exit of 高円寺 I had the lunch-only 3-tier seiro. The noodles were firm and the soba was incredibly delicious Despite the 3 tiers, the portion didn't feel that large. Lunch has a wide selection of sets with rice dishes, and some allow large servings of rice. The soboro rice was delicious too. A large serving of soba costs 400円, so the 3-tier serving might be quite a bargain. It was delicious(^^) Thank you for the meal! Among the soba restaurants in 高円寺 that aren't standing-only places, this is the only one that's easy to reach from the station and open on 12/30.31
