The clams, infused with soy sauce and sake, are delicious. ◎ Jajamen The homemade, hand-rolled noodles are chewy and absolutely delicious. When mixed with the sweet and spicy minced meat sauce, I can’t stop eating.

Good side dishes. I like the fried vegetables, fried sweet and spicy prawn dish and the century egg tofu. Im a little disappointed with the noodles though because this shop is known for their noodles but it came out average. It’s not bad but it’s not amazing. I had the jajang mien and the mala noodles. The mala noodles soup didn’t have enough depth and I wish both noodles were a little thinner than the udon type of noodles they used.
