Tasty restaurant at a reasonable price. The staff was very kind and one of the servers did speak a fair amount of English. The food came out quick and the presentation was great. There were little papers listing the types of salts and the assorted meats say what cuts of beef they are. The server then explained the different types of sauces for the meat. You do have to buy a drink (there are nonalcoholic options) for everyone in the party and there is a 90 minute time limit. Me and the person I was with didn’t have to wait but buy the end of our meal there was about a 10 minute wait and the restaurant isn’t super large. Would definitely come back if I was in the area.
View on GoogleThis is truly one of the best places I have ever visited in Tokyo. Hidden gems of hidden gems. Mr. Ishiguro and his team are super friendly and provide exceptional service whether you are a local or a tourist. English menu is available for those who can't read Japanese. They offer many different cuts of A5 wagyu beef and you can order the cuts you like and cook them yourself at your own pace. They also offer Chateaubriand at ¥1000 yen each!! It was so great I had to go back several times each time i visit Tokyo. You may want to make a reservation in advance as this place has about 10-12 seats only and is pretty popular.
View on GoogleWhat a lovely spot with great selections of meat and amazing staff. The food was great though a bit hard to order at first since we had to translate a few things (don’t change this though, you don’t need to accommodate tourists). The staff was absolutely wonderful where they walked us out afterwards and even walked through our bill to explain the charges. Very honest people and delightful food, you can’t ask for more.
View on GoogleThe meat was very delicious and the wagyu is very affordable. You can try different cuts for a good price. It can be a bit cramped as it’s a bar setting and the bbq releases a lot of steam.
View on GoogleThey can speak some english and are very helpful with recommendations. Lots of selections of types of cuts. Everything was delicious. ありがとうIshiguro-さん.
