A bit💦💦 written logically! 'Based on beauty and health, paying attention to ingredients and seasonings, not only food but also how to brew coffee/tea, sake tasting, etc., authentic type/original thinking' laboratory. In one room there is an island-shaped dining table with 12-15 chairs and a kitchen (for preparation), a washbasin, and it can be seen from the street through the glass. Just recently (18' 12/20) I participated in a meeting to make authentic kimchi + light meal and I attached a photo♪ I am from Kichijoji Station to Nishi-Ogikubo🚌 about 5th 🚏Get off at Jizozaka, 🚥turn right immediately on the left side ✒Only chili peppers (several types) are from Korea. All recipe ingredients are prepared by the teacher. Delicious and addictive💮💮💮
View on GoogleVarious workshops are taking place. It's so popular that reservations fill up immediately!
View on GoogleAlthough it's a bit far from the station and not a convenient place, many people are hooked on the various attractive courses centered on fermentation. The instructors are also interesting, but the shop owner who finds and pulls in those instructors is also amazing!
View on GoogleI entered without any knowledge of natural foods, but I was surprised that the soy milk and vegetables were delicious. It takes a bit of courage to enter, but if you get past that, it's totally fine. The shop owner feels like me who doesn't like to talk much, but such people are not angry or in a bad mood even if they are silent. A slow shop, can't believe he used to work in IT.
View on GoogleFinishing koji to make miso was a first and fresh. Mixing koji and boiled soybeans was a fresh experience because I had worked in Usuki before and did it by hand. Thank you.
