Well, it's a normal miso ramen with no particular features. It's good that it's not thick. I ate it for the first time in 2 years, but the soup doesn't have much power, so I feel the balance doesn't quite match the straight thick noodles. The spicy miso ramen is a ramen with a little chili oil on the surface. The balance isn't bad, but I thought that adding their proud ten-flavor chili pepper to a normal miso ramen would make a more aromatic spicy miso ramen. The gyoza is to my taste, but it's delicious.
View on GoogleThe Taisho is a bit fierce-looking and quiet, but it doesn't mean he's unfriendly. The other day I ate miso chashu ramen, and today I ate shio chashu ramen. Both were very delicious. Moreover, the noodles were different for miso and shio! The miso ramen noodles were super chewy, and it was super to my taste. I also ate gyoza. It's simple, but rather, that's what made it delicious. Also, there are no troublesome ramen toppings, which is good. If you are nearby, please go!
View on GoogleYou can enjoy careful miso ramen at a reasonable price. A little further away is "Misokko Fukku", but I prefer the miso ramen here. Moreover, the attraction is that you can eat without lining up. The owner is quiet but a friendly person, a shop you want to visit often. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but I want you to eat it.
View on GoogleI ordered spicy miso ramen. With a refreshing soup that you can drink smoothly. The spiciness is quite good. The chashu is melty and barely graspable with chopsticks. The feeling of melting in the mouth is irresistible. The egg is a normal boiled egg. Even if there are many bean sprouts, the soup doesn't become thin, so you can enjoy it deliciously. Nori also goes well for changing the taste. The special seasoning here, Toumi (ten flavors), is on the table, it was a spice with high aroma rather than spiciness. If you put a lot in, it's very delicious, and as time passes, the dried tangerine peel, garlic, and ginger absorb the soup and become crispy and delicious. If you want to put a lot of Toumi, maybe normal miso ramen is better.
View on GoogleThe inside of the shop is neat and the feeling of the brisk master is also good. I ate miso chashu ramen, for people who don't like the sharp miso ramen of late, this is a mild taste that is just right. The noodles are not curly noodles, but a type of noodle that is rare, it feels smooth and chewy, I can't explain it well, maybe tastes differ. The chashu is very soft, you can do the technique of breaking it up and mixing it into the ramen. I think this can be recommended for people who like old-fashioned miso ramen.
