Lunch near work on a hot day. The place seems to be run by a married couple. Though I thought soupy food would be tough in the heat, I ended up ordering スペシャルラーメン for 850 yen. Apparently the special is ramen topped with stir-fried vegetables. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the bowl is enormous. The portion isn't that big, so it's fine, but I got a little nervous wondering whether this was a huge-portion place. It seems darker and more strongly soy-sauce flavored than ordinary neighborhood Chinese ramen. An omelet? on top of the stir-fried vegetables is unusual.

[A place serving miso ramen made with "milk"] I ordered 「牛乳みそらあめん」 and gyoza. It cost 1350 yen. Milk miso ramen… the broth was slightly whiter than ordinary miso ramen, with a somewhat mellow, or creamy, very gentle flavor. Before I knew it, I'd finished all the soup too (lol). The ramen bowl is huge! The gyoza are completely ordinary. The ramen and gyoza really filled me up! The customer beside me ordered fried rice, which looked delicious, so if I go again, I think I'll have that! The owner was an ordinary sort of person. Thanks for the meal!

The food meets expectations and matches the price, so I find it very satisfying. At lunchtime it quickly fills with people working nearby, but although the owner cooks alone, the food comes out surprisingly quickly. The noodle bowls in particular are large, and the portions are satisfying too. I recommend the 中華丼 for getting plenty of vegetables, but because they're thoroughly stir-fried in a wok, the green peppers and Chinese cabbage are very hot, so take care. Businesses nearby keep relocating and many restaurants are closing, but I hope this place continues for a long time.

One weekday in month 12 of Reiwa 6, at 18:20, I visited seeking something warm because it was cold. No customers ahead of me, and only a U-shaped counter. Perhaps 11~12 seats. The rear counter looks awkward to use, though, so effectively around 10 seats. First, beer despite the cold! Gyoza, of course, to go with it. For the main dish, タンメン to warm me up. The classic serving of 6 gyoza arrived shortly. Let's eat—beer, phew! Then a bite of gyoza. Yep, tasty. Classic gyoza, just as they look. Personally, though, I'd prefer them crispier. Soon the タンメン arrived. As always, the bowl is huge. Let's eat. Deliiicious—the moderate saltiness matches the pepper beautifully, really tasty. The stir-fried vegetables are crisp and delicious too. This warms you up. The noodles suit the broth too and slurp down easily. Thanks for the meal. Satisfied.

The owner works efficiently alone, bringing dishes out one after another without making the wait noticeable. The 天津麺 has a strong soy-sauce flavor that keeps your chopsticks moving! Along with チャーハン, 焼きそば, 肉ピーマン辛しそば, 牛乳味噌ラーメン, and 2 bottles of beer, the bill was 5250 yen! Not a dud among them—cheap and delicious!
