It was great! Of course, it must be considered that we went at 4pm on a weekday, so it wasn’t crowded at all. Keeping that in mind, the atmosphere was very lovely and peaceful; it’s a beautiful little restaurant. The waiter was friendly, as well. The food was amazing!!! There was so much depth in the flavor. We ordered the half-and-half chicken and malaysian curry. The fried chicken was SO perfectly crispy, and the normal? non fried chicken was great as well. The curry was absolutely divine, with incredibly deep flavor. It was coconutty, then tomato-y, and the spice hit just right. We can’t wait to go back!!!
View on GoogleThe queue is too long during the weekend and you might have to wait for an hour in the cold. The atmosphere inside is also cold because the fans are on - I wonder was this supposed to be a Corona countermeasure ? But the food is good, you can order 3 plate sizes and the small one is under ¥1,000. The chicken rice is very tasty and it looks healthy. The curry doesn’t have much meat or ingredients so it’s more like a side dish than main course if you’re hungry. There are many staff but water refill is not part of the service- I wish it was comfier to eat there but it’s mostly a fast turnaround restaurant if anything
View on GoogleWas craving Singaporean chicken rice and came across this restaurant. The taste isn’t as similar as the authentic one, but it was still a yummy meal and satisfied my craving 🫶🏻 Also, the atmosphere of the place and the plates looked very Southeast Asian! I loved it :)
View on GoogleI ordered the malaysian curry and roti set which came with acai (around 800 yen) and also ordered the otak-otak (around 400yen?). The taste was similar to otakotak at home but less a bit something, not quite sure what it is. Malaysian one usually more Orange coloured. Perhaps it is chili. The roti is good but I'm reminded of the one I bought in the frozen section of the malaysian good supply store at chiba. Curry has proper lemongrass taste. Would come back to try their fried hainanese chicken rice and see if it is as good as everyone says.
View on GoogleNot legit yet because they’re not using Jasmine rice but the sambal sauce and lemon sauce was very good! Chinese water spinach was okay.
