I can give it a strong four stars on the thick and flavorful curry with generous ingredients. Spice level is probably Japanese however. The naan was on the sweet side and slightly unevenly cooked. Very attentive service. Atmosphere was nice, though almost Italian with Indian music. Bit of an izakaya flavor, too. Maybe a different restaurant before? At least some of the staff is Nepali, though no English. Wi-Fi has a restricted password but excellent connection. Very quiet, but I was late for lunch. However the location might be part of the problem too. I guess I was picture happy today, but one view is the interior, and another is past the best seat in the house out to the street. I also decided to take a picture of the unusual fork.
View on GoogleI'm from the UK where the competition of Indian food is high. I'm so happy to have found a place so closeby where the food is so well made, and the staff so very friendly. I look forward to my next visit!
View on GoogleIt's a bit of a secluded restaurant but inside is a bright colourful ambience, friendly service and reasonable options. I chose the one curry set (mutton) and added the tandoor side to try as many things as possible. The dishes were pretty standard as opposed to the usual metal bowls you get at most Indian restaurants. Set came with a salad and oil based dressing which was nice and refreshing. Mutton curry was a nice blend of spices, not too mild or spicy. The naan was large and just the right size for the curry. The tandoor was grilled perfectly and was a nice complement to the curry set. It was topped off with a mini chai. Service was friendly and I stayed a bit longer to do some work, which was fine with the staff. I'll likely try their takeout next time the family feels like Indian
View on GoogleI have known this restaurant from the time it first opened. It is an Indian restaurant run by Nepalese, but the food has always been our favorite among the other "Indian" restaurants we have visited. Our mother chose to celebrate her 101st birthday here recently and the food and service was as good as ever. We love the variety, the taste and their willingness to taylor our food for the special needs of our 101 year old to the vegan among us. We're off again in a few minutes to celebrate Mother's Day there.
View on GoogleOne of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Naan used to be incredibly delicious years ago, but now average. But it still serves excellent Indian cuisine!
