Awesome burger joint with a build your own burger menu. Small size patty is actually pretty decent and filling, unfortunately the Milkshake machine was broken but the burgers themselves along with the thick cut chips and coleslaw were excellent. Definitely one of the better burger places in Tokyo. Seats 8 max.
View on GoogleAwesome burger from a SF bay area owner! The chef really took his time and cooked our burgers perfectly. Easily as good as anything available in the USA. You can choose every element of your meal from the bun type to the toppings (the cheddar and bacon were perfection). Prices were a bit steep but not too bad.

View on GoogleToday I made a burger run to enjoy the delicious burgers at Fatz's. The owner/chef Jon was a super friendly host who made us tasty things to eat - the nachos I had to start were so inviting that I couldn't stop to take a photo but I did manage to hold back and resist just long enough to shoot the burger before digging in. Unfortunately they were out of onion rings and also the milkshake machine was busted, but I'm definitely coming back anyway for the BURGERS! Something unique about the burgers: you actually have to pick and choose all the ingredients, including the patty! It was fun, and Jon gave good advice as the burger guru. I added a 120g patty, cheddar cheese, real bacon (often bacon in Japan is not what I consider bacon), avocado, and fresh salsa. Yum! Total cost wasn't cheap, but worth it. 2800Y for a burger, fries, coleslaw, meaty nachos, and a coke.
View on GoogleThey serve some of the best burgers in Tokyo, and probably the best non-Sasebo style burgers in all of Japan. I wished the chef would serve the thick (200g) patty medium instead of well done, but that's really the only thing that's not perfect about the burgers. The cole slow side is quite Japanese, both in ingredients and size. The french fries are great as well. Everything is home made and freshly prepared to your order. It's a pity they discontinued their milkshakes as they were the best I've ever had outside of the US. Actually, the best I've ever had.
