I really loved the noodles here, the chashu was really flavorful and tender, and the menma had a unique and delicious taste and I was left wondering what they put in the marinade for it. The broth on the side was nice to sip between bites. The service is top notch as well and it was a very pleasant environment to eat in.

Incredible. Like really. The magic comes when you dump the dashi (which you should sip a little first) into the noodles and the egg yolk....it creates such an amazing fusion of umami. 9.5/10.......it would've been 10/10 but the noodles were slightly overcooked. Oh, be prepared to wait an hour...only 7 seats in inside.

this mazesoba did not disappoint, queue at 6pm, enter the store at 7pm, i think they did well in making shiitake / mushroom as toppings, noodles texture is mochi-like so it is quite chewy, a lot of 味變 options, my favourite is the bonito/sardines vinegar, pork slices are a bit tough but at acceptable level.

This ramen shop is perhaps one of the most anticipated ramen shops of the year, and it did not disappoint. Deceptively simple yet delicious, especially its fragrant chewy noodles accented by the running egg yolk and dashi

I finally got my revenge. About two years ago, when I was renting a room in the Menkeibashi area, I wanted to try their aburasoba, but I couldn't. I heard that they opened a restaurant in Higashi Koenji. I was told that the restaurant had opened a branch in Higashi Koenji. The restaurant is like a café, cozy but open. I was a little concerned about the high chairs that I had trouble putting my feet up on, but finally I found myself in front of the restaurant. The noodles were too thick, but they were Chinese noodles. Not so rare these days, but still good. But it is still good. Then, mix the noodles and egg together, Finally, the complete oil soba. It's so good. This is a bit of news. And the menma is as thick as the noodles. It is well seasoned and very satisfying. Dashi (soup stock) arrived later. Dashi" (soup stock) arrived later. Do you drink it as it is? Or to dip the noodles in it? Or to pour it over the noodles? There are no instructions. Are you being tested? Broaden your horizons as best you can. I tried to observe the person next to me, This ain't oil soba. Oh, I've tried all the patterns. Aburasoba with Ajitama, 1100 yen (with soup stock)
