View on GoogleLunch for 900 yen at a typical local Chinese restaurant. I thought that sounded good, so I visited for the first time. Around 1:30 PM, a few people working nearby were coming in. I ordered the Gomoku Soba for lunch. Hot, thick sauce and plenty of vegetables. A little bit of shrimp too. It's the taste I was looking for, it's the best. Seems like it's cash only? So I'll bring my wallet properly and go again.
View on GoogleLocated in Minami-Asagaya, the administrative center of Suginami Ward with the ward office, central post office, and police station, this shop is a favorite of the post office delivery staff. I wanted to eat Chinese rice bowl, and it was delicious. Wonton soup comes with lunch, and it was a large ramen-sized bowl, so it was quite filling. Run by a Chinese couple, the master is the husband and chef, and the wife handles service in broken Japanese. It's a local shop loved by the neighborhood ladies too. Located next to the ward office, not facing Ome-kaido, but in a prime location.
View on GoogleI made a phone reservation because I wanted to use it for a group, and I was a bit worried because the staff sounded like a Chinese person with broken Japanese, but the reservation was made without any issues. The food was served promptly and the taste was quite ordinary. I think the price is reasonable.
