Went to join the wine party held at the restaurant. Beautiful and delicious dishes that went so good with great wines.
View on GoogleI went there as hearing about it on social media and reviews. I ordered seafood yakisoba. The taste was average. Not as good as the reviews said. I didn't think it was particularly tasty, probably because I've been to a lot of different restaurants. I'd like to try the mabo tofu next time, as I heard it's delicious. The staff were nice.
View on GoogleI visited for lunch. Lunch service starts at 11:30 Wednesday–Friday, but a queue begins forming around 11:15 before opening, so I recommend lining up a little early. The mapo tofu and tantanmen have authentic Sichuan flavors, well spiced without being too hot, with a perfect balance that's approachable for Japanese diners too. Prices are around 1,300円, and it's nice that noodle dishes can come with a free half portion of rice. You can also enjoy dessert for an additional 350円. The dining-room staff were wonderfully attentive, promptly refilling water when it ran low, and service was polite. Besides the delicious food, the restaurant's comfort was appealing too.
View on Google【First visit 2026年7月1日=seafood ankake yakisoba (1300円)】 I arrived around 11:15 a.m. for a weekday lunch, and 5 people were already queuing. I joined behind them, and by opening time more than 12 additional people had lined up behind me. A regular ahead of me said the lunchtime queue is always like this, and evening reservations are also full and difficult to get. As soon as it opened, staff guided me in and I was safely seated. Inside are 2-person tables✕6 and a large 6-person table✕1, in a calm, comfortable space. Staff visit each table in order of arrival, handing out glasses of water and taking orders. Food then arrives in order; the faultless, smooth service is impressive. My seafood ankake yakisoba & complimentary mini rice for noodle dishes (1300円 including tax) was a set consisting of a plate of surface-browned noodles coated in thick sauce containing ingredients (springy shrimp & squid & scallop muscles, leafy greens, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, bell peppers, and more), braised pork belly w/ thick fried tofu, mini rice, soup, and pickles. The yakisoba coated in perfectly balanced, ingredient-rich sauce, and the mini rice topped first with braised pork & later with the remaining yakisoba sauce, were all truly delicious. Superb. I was impressed by this exceptionally satisfying lunch. I'd like to return. Payment appears to be cash only. There was still a queue outside when I left. An extremely popular, renowned restaurant.
View on GoogleThis was my long-awaited dinner visit. Since I'd reserved in advance, getting in was smooth. (Calling near the end of business hours is recommended for reservations.) I ordered the assorted appetizers I'd been curious about, mapo tofu, and the limited-time simmered noodle dish with yam and chicken. Everything was so delicious that I felt sad to finish eating. The appetizer tomatoes and simmered noodles had flavors I'd never experienced before, and they amazed me. The service was also very polite and kind, so I felt happy from beginning to end. There are other menu items I'm curious about, so I'll make another reservation and return.
