Nice local Chinese restaurant run by friendly staff. I've eaten here for dinner a couple times and the food's always been great. Interior has a comfortable ambience and can accommodate larger groups.

not knowing any japanese we didn`t understand it was a chinese restaurant at first. however when the service wasn`t nearly as friendly as japanese tipically are we quickly understood. took forever to get our food and paying separate bills wasn`t possible either. disappointing

I came for lunch. The 酢豚 set meal. The rice had a slight odor and felt dry. The 酢豚 seemed sweeter than the usual sweet sauce. Nothing seemed off about how the pork was fried. But I will not be back. The biggest surprise was the two little pieces of きゅーちゃん-like pickles lol. If that is all, they might as well leave them out altogether. I ordered from the female server, but she went to the kitchen without saying a word, leaving me worried whether my order had actually been taken.

I tried a restaurant in 阿佐ヶ谷 I had never visited before! At the Chinese restaurant 珍香園, I ordered the ナスの醤油炒め set（850円）🤤 It was a little busy at lunchtime, but there were plenty of seats, so I sat down right away. I had decided what to order at the entrance, so ordering went smoothly, and the food arrived relatively quickly too ♡♡♡ Eggplant, pork, onion, carrot, and green pepper were stir-fried in a fairly strong soy sauce seasoning—a flavor that really makes you eat more rice! Partway through, I added vinegar to enjoy a change of flavor. The soup and 杏仁豆腐 were tasty too, and overall satisfaction was fairly high. Price-wise, I would say “pretty decent value” 😊 It was a little noisy inside, and the staff seemed somewhat curt. They did look busy, though, so that might explain it. The lunch menu has plenty of variety, including set meals, noodles, and チャーハン. The larger rice or noodle portions and self-service lunch coffee are nice perks too \( *°ω°* )/ The person at the next table was having 酢豚, and it looked delicious (´﹃｀). Alongside the elevated tracks at 阿佐ヶ谷駅, it has a spacious seating area, is comfortable, and offers generous portions. The lunch sets have plenty of menu choices and are good value. They include pickles, 杏仁豆腐, and egg soup, making them a bargain. The food arrived piping hot, so I ate while blowing on it ❣️ After the meal, you can help yourself to coffee or iced coffee. The people at the restaurant are somewhat unfriendly, but the value is excellent 🥰 The lunch set meals are generously portioned 💯 and delicious. 茄子の醤油炒め. Large rice portions are free, and with soup and 杏仁豆腐 included, you can get completely full. Having coffee after the meal is great too ⤴️⤴️ The daily lunch is good value. There are about 1～8 menu options, large rice portions are free, and you can have coffee afterward, though it is self-service.
