The fried fish was Smokey-ly great !
View on GoogleI visit Kamiigusa every Friday for work, but had never been here, so this time I stopped by for breakfast… I should have noticed it sooner!! Who knew there was such a delicious sandwich specialist with an old-fashioned coffee-shop atmosphere… The sandwich called “Special” that I had this time was absolutely wonderful… -You can taste the natural sweetness of the egg, -The perfectly salted potato salad blends with it beautifully into savory deliciousness,, -And the bread is so soft it seems to melt… In other words, it's incredibly delicious! Almost certainly… If your search terms are “Kamiigusa breakfast,” I think this is the place! I'll be back!!!!
View on Google『Karina』 A suuuper popular sandwich specialist in Igusa, Suginami, Tokyo‼︎ Opens early in the morning and closes at 14. The display case has 20-30 kinds of bread, making choosing so much fun😊 Fluffy bread packed with fillings and super filling💯. I had the katsu and fish sandwiches, and they were so crispy and incredibly deliciousーーー😋😋😋 The egg sandwich was sweeet and creamy too! Perfect with the soft bread—seriously, insanely deliciousーーーーー. The vegetable sandwich is also recommended; it's only vegetables, but the crisp, crunchy texture is so good good, and this one was also soooo delicious it moved me🥹🥹🥹 A place I want to visit again, highly recommended👍 And almost everything is around 200-300 yen, so the reasonable prices are such a heeeelpーーーーーーーー😙😙😙 It's probably counter sales only, so if you live nearby, buying some on your morning walk and eating at home is a nice option♪♪♪
View on GoogleOnce again, I visited just after the 6 opening, for the first time in about 5 months. All the staff recommendations—egg, ham katsu, vegetables, tuna, and white fish—were incredibly delicious. On my first visit, I was impressed by the many different sandwiches lined up in the display window. Seeing the staff carefully making each one by hand in the back immediately raised my expectations. The person who served me explained everything kindly and carefully, with a smile and cheerful voice, so I bought them smiling too. It gave me the best possible early-morning start. Thank you so much again this year! I'll definitely come back to buy more next year!
View on GoogleMy first visit, drawn in by the old-fashioned sandwiches. After being spoilt for choice at the display case, I picked about 6 kinds. The simple ham-and-cheese and egg sandwiches are delicious. The fish contains raw onion, so it may not suit children. The fruit sandwich packed with whipped cream is pleasantly not too sweet. About 5 people keep making them, replenishing them as soon as they sell. You can also pay with PayPay.
