I visited "満腹飯店" in Eifukucho. This was my first visit since it relocated. The first floor has 2 tables seating 4, while the second floor has 2 tatami tables seating 4 and 2 round tables (one seating 4 and another around 6–8), making it convenient for families and groups. The dish I especially recommend is their specialty, 紅油水餃 (Hongyu Suicha). These chewy boiled dumplings are generously covered in a special Sichuan-style sesame sauce, with a superb balance of aroma, richness, and moderate heat. A signature dish you should definitely order when visiting. The mapo tofu has authentic Sichuan-style heat, irresistible for spicy-food lovers. The simple but never boring gomoku fried rice was reliably delicious too. The "満腹麺" we finished with had plenty of soy-sauce-based mixed-ingredient thick sauce. The piping-hot broth, infused with the flavors of the ingredients, coated the noodles well and was delicious to the last bite. Every dish was satisfying, and I recommend visiting with several people and sharing. I'd like to come again.

They operated right outside Eifukucho Station for decades, but seem to have moved about 10m along the same row because of redevelopment around the station. It is next to a dry cleaner. The second floor used to be a snack bar called mild, I think? The old restaurant showed its age and had lots of decorations, with 3 large revolving tables? and square tables, giving it a substantial, luxurious feel. The new place has clean interiors on the first and second floors and is more casual, making it much easier for younger people to enter too, as well as longtime regulars, of course. I can't say for sure, but perhaps they do delivery too,,, (unconfirmed🙇) The food is authentic Chinese cuisine. I'm a fried-rice person, but I imagine there are many fans of 萬福ラーメン🍜 too. This time I visited with my family for dinner. Usually I come alone for lunch. Toward the end of the photos, I've included the gomoku fried rice I had for lunch, the old location, and the exterior after the move.

A neighborhood Chinese restaurant I wandered into. Unlike a typical casual neighborhood Chinese place, it is a restaurant with round tables, yet the space is cozy and nostalgic. It was run by two people, perhaps a husband and wife? Since it was a late lunch, I had the place to myself and received attentive service. I ordered boiled dumplings and fried rice and planned to resist having beer, but the moment I bit into a dumpling, which came first, a bottle of beer somehow appeared in front of me. The sesame-and-spice sauce, with a slight Sichuan feel, was extremely delicious. The filling is wrapped flat, so the sauce clings well. I couldn't stop drinking beer. The fried rice was nicely salty, with finely and carefully chopped ingredients and a restaurant-style taste. Different from the rougher fried rice at neighborhood Chinese joints, but generously portioned and really filling. It's a shame the menu looks so plain, but I definitely want to try other dishes, so I'll return if I get the chance!

Right in front of the station and easy to find. I went in expecting a neighborhood Chinese place, but the extensive menu gave it the feel of an authentic Chinese restaurant. I went at opening time on Sunday evening, but some customers had reservations and it filled up immediately! They also seemed to be receiving takeout calls, so perhaps I was lucky to get in without a reservation. All the staff had cheerful smiles, which was heartwarming. We had gyoza, boiled dumplings, spring rolls, mapo tofu, chashu noodles, and noodles with thick sauce, and everything was delicious! The boiled dumplings in particular are this restaurant's original, covered in a rich sesame sauce like tantanmen, and their chewy wrappers made me happy☺️ I don't usually eat spring rolls, but ordered them on a whim; the filling was piping hot and silky, well seasoned, and delicious! I think the only alcoholic drinks were beer, Shaoxing wine, and highballs? There weren't many choices, so I gave ★4 with the hope of seeing other varieties too. I'd like to go again🌼
