The owner used to work at a certain famous yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya. The quality of the meat is excellent. You can't go wrong with any of it. The horumon is good too. Personally, I think the individual dishes are outstanding. Winter-only gejang. Super-spicy tendon stew, which is quite hard to come across. Light yet rich and delicious yukgaejang onmen and oxtail soup. Since the owner does all the cooking alone, I don't really want to tell too many people how wonderful the individual dishes are.

My impression was that it was neither good nor bad. The staff were considerate and the meat was delicious, but the restaurant was completely silent. There was no sound at all, and ours was the only group there. The staff were close enough to hear every word of our conversation, so I felt very self-conscious.
