We used it for an after-party. When I ordered whisky on the rocks, the smell was clearly strange, and it tasted as though shochu had been added. Naturally, I complained to the restaurant and had them bring a new one. They brought the whisky bottle to the table and made it in front of me. (By the way, the brand was Rin…) As a response to the question of whether it was genuine, I think this was good. But compared with the first drink, the taste, color, and smell were completely different, which means the first drink served was something other than whisky. After that, the drinks tasted proper, so perhaps this place serves whatever it likes to people who cannot distinguish the taste or smell, or who say nothing。。。 I never imagined I would experience something like this myself, and it was quite a lesson. Shinjuku is scary…I'll use it as a story to tell. The food is as shown in the attached photos, but the prices were aggressively high, typical of Shinjuku. The taste was exactly what you'd expect from an izakaya. You can pay with cash or cards (at least Visa,Master). Smoking seemed to be permitted.

This was my first visit. We were shown to spacious seating in the tatami area. There were quite a few of us, but the roomy space let us enjoy a relaxed meal while sharing our everyday complaints. This time, we chose a course with a hot pot and 3 hours of all-you-can-drink, so everyone could take their time enjoying the drinks they wanted. The restaurant seemed newly opened, and the interior felt clean and was very beautiful.

Two of us went for the 3480 yen course with all-you-can-drink+8 dishes. First, the food served was strange. What was clearly one person's portion was served as two people's portions. The wagyu roast beef and chicken nanban had just two pieces on the plate, so effectively 1 piece per person.... I was shocked. (Maybe my sense of what's normal is off.) I will absolutely never go again.

Visited on the third day after opening. The staff don't come even when you press the table bell. They advertise all-private rooms, but there aren't any private rooms. You don't get a hand towel unless you ask. There's nothing like tissues on the table. When you order, the food comes first, then the otoshi, then the beer. Overall, the food portions are small, the taste is ordinary, and the prices are oddly high for that. Even on Wednesday, they strictly enforce the 2-hour limit and kick you out (even though the place is empty around 22:00!) Overall verdict: Disappointing!

Apparently the restaurant had just opened, so it was very beautiful, with a calm atmosphere that left a good impression. The food in particular was nicely presented, didn't feel like typical izakaya food, and struck me as delicious. True to the name Yururiya, the seating was spacious, and we were able to take our time enjoying our drinks.
