Had a delicious tempura cold soba for lunch today. The server lady was kind and attentive. I will be back to try the weekday lunch set.

What a gem! Had delicious soba and tempura as that is what I fancied on my last night in Japan. Everything was traditional Japanese (according to my Japanese mother-in-law) and it provided a tasty experience at every bite. I recommend Yamasho.

From the outside you wouldn't know this place was open- but don't let that fool you. Quite roomy inside and lots on the menu. Crispy tempura and cold/hot soba served on traditional style wooden racks await. Well recommended but maybe no English menus.

I had the Kamo Nanban Soba. The duck meat was excellent. Highly recommended.
