Wanted to try some different with Ramen and this was definitely the place for it. The Ramen noodles are fried and crunchy, so the noodles are difficult to just slurp and eat quickly. Its almost like the bowl intentionally wants you to savor the flavor. The pork strips and pieces are soft and delicious, the pork broth is thick and creamy. The entire bowl is definitely satisfying, so a regular should be good enough. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Probably one of the best Ramen in Tokyo although the broth is very thick, oily and has an intense flavour which might not be for everyone. I can recommend trying the fried noodle version which I have not seen anywhere else before. You also can choose the amount of noodles for free which I really appreciate.

Fried ramen sounds absolutely insane at first but it's actually great. There's a bit of crunch to the noodles, but also a bit of the usual ramen texture. The rich sauce is pretty thick and flavorful, but not overpowering or cloying. The price point is also hard to beat.

Different, and tasty! Fried noodles with the blackened green onions made the taste delicious. Everything is in Japanese, but google translate app will help. Buy soup ticket from vending machine at entrance. It can get very smoky inside.

At first I was hesitant to enter this about-10 counter-seats-only restaurant as it looked like there was too much smoke inside, but after getting in I realized that “smoke” was actually from the air conditioning right above the entrance door 😂 tried their yakimen for ¥780. although it looked thick & oily, it didn’t felt that way as I ate it. Quite a unique experience of biting crunchy noodles then slurping the soft ones. They also give you the bonito flakes to crush while waiting for your ramen 😆 For some reason they handed to customers either alcohol/hand soap today.. (I’m puzzled but thankful 😊)
