Best unagi dish with affordable price‼️ Placed in central business building in Shinjuku, I was skeptical. But it turns out to be my best decisions to eat here. The interior is very Japan authentic. I feel very comfortable by the atmosphere. The staff is also nice and very welcoming (tho we're maybe lost in translation) but they very helpful. The unagi is really nice. I never eat unagi dish before so I was really enjoy the food here. Recommend to those who search for halal food, because unagi is halal, right?

The location was very confusing and difficult to find. But i was determine to eat my unagi so i went searching up and down the building until i saw a poster of the restaurant on one of the walls with a tiny hand drawn map at the bottom. The problem was, the direction of the map was facing the wrong direction and towards the wrong Lawson store. I circled the area twice until i finally found the other smaller Lawson and further down a bit more at some corner away from all the other restaurants was where i finally found Unatoto. Find the smaller Lawson, then onigiri shop, then you'll find Unatoto behind the staircases. It was worth it by the way.

Good food at a great price! I've been there twice in one week and I will try to go back again before I leave Tokyo! Of course the Unagi is the star of the show, but they also prepare excellent tempura and a good rolled omelette. The noise level depends on when you go. The staff were great both times.

Great unagi don! The eel is tender, the tamagoyaki is nice, and the atmosphere is cozy. Staff are friendly, and the QR code menu has Chinese support - super convenient for tourists.

The fried bone is cold and you can taste the oil so not recommended, Unagi bowl and assorted skewers is amazing.
