This place is definitely underrated. The food were great - the bun is soft, the meat patty (both mushroom chicken and teriyaki beef) are tasty and juicy. They use fresh and high quality ingredients not the artificial stuff.

I really loved the chicken nuggets. They were juicy. The ethnic sauce was also great. The wifi is free but almost non-functional. The place is huge, there’s a co-working space area as well as an actual dining space area for social interaction. There is only one toilet (men and women separate toilets but one cubicle each for the whole store). Some hours noisy some hours quiet. Okay to eat at again.

This is one of the few burger places that offers healthier choices like fresh salad and smoothies instead of only fries and high-calorie fast food. The bun can be made with whole grain bread, the meat is thick and satisfying, and the avocado is generously served. My first visit was at their Toranomon location, and this time I tried Shinjuku for my second experience — both were excellent. They also offer different options such as rice plates, not just burgers. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend trying it at least once and seeing for yourself.

Super tasty chicken burger and sides! Staff were extremely pleasant and kind. There is a touch screen to order in English if wanted or needed. The inside of the restaurant is very bright and really pleasant to dine in. It has a really nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my food quite a bit and would gladly go back.

A great value local hamburger chain. Food is cheap and great. The dessert selection is also great. Very spacious and relaxed atmosphere. Some people even have business meeting and working remotely from here. They have free wifi and the password is written at the front order desk. I will come here for studying or work instead of the other mainstream hamburger or coffee chains.
