The soup, simmered for a long time from pork bones and chicken carcasses with a bold bonito flake flavor, clings well to the chewy noodles. A supreme bowl with an exquisite balance of seafood aroma, sweetness, and pork bone richness, yet mellow on the palate. Noodle sizes small, medium, large, and extra-large (1kg) are all free! You can also get one soup refill. A hearty tsukemen perfectly suited to the town of Takadanobaba. The soup, made by simmering pork bones and chicken carcasses for hours, is packed with the bold flavor of bonito, perfectly co…

The ramen here comes with a bowl of dipping sauce which is very flavorful and thick. The pork slices are thick and delicious. However we didn’t like that the sauce is not hot and the noodles are too thick for our liking. Orders are made using a machine but luckily this one has an English version. Service was relatively fast but the ambience is that of a typical tight and grimy ramen shop.

Reeeallly good tsukemen!! The soup ramen was also rich and delicious - so glad we found this shop. The egg was also perfectly cooked, the noodles al dente (and love the thickness) and the umami flavours were amazing

the noodles were above average. definitely worth a try if you haven't tried any of the menyamusashi-line stores. This store has its own original tsukemen. The portion can get extremely huge so recommend checking out photos before ordering. I ended up leaving the bowl unfinished.

Good tsukemen. Worth trying if nearby. Standard ramen bar service.

Seat width is narrow and is hard to eat ramen. A staff makes a profit, too or is very insolent.
