Sushi
View on GoogleI ordered number 52. Even though I ordered the one with ikura and uni. Are they looking down on me? Ikura is only about 10 grains and uni is only about one bite. Don't be fooled by the photos! I thought the supermarket was much better. It seems new banknotes cannot be used. I will never go again, it was the worst. The rice is also warm, impossible. The quality is so bad that I want a refund. I think it's only a matter of time before this place goes bankrupt. If the price has gone up, I want them to make something decent.
View on GoogleThe first time I visited was a few years ago, it was already a takeout specialty store, but at that time it was still within the range of being edible including freshness. However, recently when I ordered it by delivery, it was just the cut-offs from the ends, and there was more tendon than fat, so I felt disappointed. At least when it was takeout, there was a corresponding fat part. I will not order delivery anymore in the future.
View on Google*Photos were taken when dine-in was available. I used to visit often when I could eat inside the shop. It had been a while, but the moment I took it out of the bag, I was shocked. The quality of the toppings had dropped, the fish wasn't firm, it was mushy and thin (lol). Maybe it's mushy because the slices are thin? 🤔 Well, either way... yeah. The price is cheap, but it doesn't feel like a good deal; at this level, 590 yen might even be expensive (lol). It's gone downhill ever since dine-in was stopped due to COVID. It's a shame. Is the hygiene management okay? The waiting area is so dirty, especially in the corners, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned. Staff in the kitchen chatting and laughing... As someone waiting, it doesn't leave a good impression. By this point, I was already feeling anxious, thinking, "This seems a bit off." The color and freshness are surprisingly different from the menu photos, so don't expect much. If you're near Nakai, it's smarter to go to Baba, or if you want to save money, go to Hama Sushi. I ordered extra toppings, but it didn't feel like much at all. That's because the count was the same as in the photo. If you want more toppings, you might be better off choosing the topping options so you don't get cheated. I came here based on memories of when it used to be delicious, so I'm disappointed. It's been mediocre since the staff changed to younger people. It was better when the older gentleman was there. It was delicious and great value, I used to go 3-4 times a week. This time, I couldn't even tell what it tasted like, so I threw it away, which was a waste. Supermarket sushi and sashimi are much more trustworthy; even if they've been sitting out, they're still better than the toppings here. I don't even want to give it 1 star. Since I threw it away, I bought sashimi at the supermarket and had it with rice (^^) Good lesson learned. Thank you.
View on Google2021/04/23 I ordered the generous sea urchin and salmon roe bowl, but is this really the normal amount? This was the portion for 1580 yen. The 500-yen bowls are cheap and delicious, but... Wait? Did I just get a really bad one?
