So many variety menus and signs. I can't enjoy just one time. 🍴Order The vending machine. Very fun display! 💸Payment Cash and also cashless 🪑seat Counter seat. No chairs just standing 🍜Udon noodle type Pre-boiled noodle. 🐟Soup I like this Kanto style. I felt some features ramen, gyudon and udon in stamina udon soup. 🍺Beer Beer, High ball, Sake and so on. You pick it yourself from fridge, after hand on drink ticket to staff.
View on GoogleA small standing-only shop at a subway station entrance. I didn't expect it to be this good—the setting is a bit basic, but the taste is excellent! The broth of the signature meat & egg soba manages to be rich without being greasy, which is really rare, because most noodle shops have either a light soy sauce broth or a thick tonkotsu broth, each with pros and cons, but this soba combines richness and freshness—so rare. The only shortcoming is that it's a bit hot inside; the air conditioning seems insufficient. But considering the low price, I'll come often. A standing-eating shop at the entrance of a subway station. The setting is a bit retro (basic), but who knew it would be this delicious! The taste was truly outstanding. > The broth of the famous niku-tama soba is rich yet not heavy, truly wonderful. Many ramen and noodle shops are either "light soy sauce" or "rich tonkotsu," each with its pros and cons, but this shop achieves both richness and refreshing lightness, which is really precious. The only drawback is that it's a bit hot inside, maybe because the AC isn't working well. But considering how cheap it is, I'm definitely coming back! It’s a tiny standing-only noodle shop right at the subway entrance. The setup is pretty basic, but wow, the food is surprisingly good—absolutely delicious! The broth for their signature Pork & Egg Soba hits that rare sweet spot: rich and flavorful without feeling heavy. Most noodle places lean toward either a light soy sauce base or a heavy tonkotsu broth, each with its own pros and cons. But this place manages to combine rich depth with a clean, refreshing finish, which is super impressive. The only downside is that it gets a bit warm inside, as the AC seems a little weak. But given how affordable it is, I’ll definitely be coming back often.
View on Google🥢 It got cold, so stamina soba at 立食いそばうどん松石 Dissolve garlic into the sweet dashi, and slurp the coarse-ground soba together with crunchy garlic chives. The aroma spreading the more you chew, the gentle dashi seeping into a chilled body, and then── POWERRRRRRRR📣💪✨ 【Nikusui】 The panel is hard to figure out, and I always feel pressure on my back like "Uh, there are people waiting behind you?", and because of that pressure, I always play it safe and retreat to soba, so it's also a shop where I can never try the new or unusual items. But this day, unusually, there was no pressure from behind. Seizing the chance, I tried ordering the nikusui♪ ……but, what came out was noodles closer to nyumen, with a strong "this isn't it" feeling. And I made the bad call of going for 2 portions of noodles on impulse💦 I was even fantasizing about finishing by pouring that sweet-salty soup over TKG, but this was an unexpected route… Conclusion. At 松石, the right answer is not to get adventurous and just eat soba. They've upgraded so you can drink alcohol now🍶 【Soba shop katsu curry】 Ughhh so salty~😖 For katsudon, I'll stick with 大地のうどん♪ 【Wednesday & Saturday only: Shio soba】 The shio soba, only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Changed to inaka soba. The soup was too light, and didn't go that well with the thick soba. Maybe I shouldn't have changed to inaka soba.. If anything, I think I prefer the regular sweet-salty soup. I'll try it just once more with the regular soba! 【Changed to inaka soba】 Hot kakiage soba, changed to inaka soba. Added matsu-geso too🦑 The vibe: recreating 田舎そばかさい. Sure enough, this sweet-salty soup matches thick inaka soba too👍 【Red pickled ginger tempura soba】 Today I tried hot beni shoga tempura soba with a raw egg on top. The beni shoga tempura could be more beni-shoga-y. I love beni shoga tempura, ya know. Since the broth is sweet and strong, it holds its own even with a whole egg in it🥚 I can't stop drinking the sweet-salty soup. Even when I think I'll drink some water and call it done, I end up drinking the soup again, and in the end I finished it all🤣 【Niku-tama soba】 "Do you like spicy food?" I was asked, and when I said yes, they gave me some taberu rayu on the house. Well, isn't that tasty! Looks like I don't need to go all the way to 南天 in Shiinamachi anymore♪ Hot soba → coarse-ground soba Cold soba → inaka soba Seems like they'll do either one if you ask. 【Tanuki soba 1.5 portions🦝】 The first thing that jumped out at me when I entered the shop was 📢 Price increase notice The font was straight out of a horror movie🤣💦 I thought it was a trailer for "Ring" or "Ju-on" lol Just like the touch panel, the owner has a strong quirky streak👻✨ As for the touch panel problem, 📱 apparently if you register on LINE you can check the menu in advance, but when it comes to actually using the touch panel, I just can never get to what I want to eat🤣lol
View on GoogleA standing soba shop inside the station; its appeal is that you can enjoy many types of soba. The shio soba, combining a clear dashi with pre-seasoned chicken and mitsuba, has a firmly salty broth that goes well with the savoriness of the chicken, and together with the convenience unique to standing shops, it's a taste that makes you want to come back again and again. The stamina soba loaded with garlic chives and green onions is also popular; mixing in raw egg and shoveling it down with pork and chicken, it paired well with the slightly sweet soba broth and was very filling. From time to time I also try unique menu items like soba topped with squid-leg kakiage, soba with clams, and curry soba, but the hefty squid-leg kakiage has so much presence that the soba becomes a supporting player, so I felt it'd be nice to be able to choose the amount. The clam dashi sometimes didn't have much shellfish umami and was a bit disappointing, but overall it's a consistently delicious shop, and I look forward to trying new menu items.
View on GoogleFor lunch, I had the stamina soba (hot) & squid-leg kakiage. Stamina soba… quite the impact! It packed a punch, with off-the-charts destructive power😳 As for the noodles, apparently you can switch the soba to one of 3 other types for a fee, so I'd like to try that in the future. Also, the squid-leg kakiage… this was delicious too😋 The one slightly disappointing thing, though, was that the ticket machine was hard to figure out.
