Credit cards accepted. They'll substitute things you dislike if you let them know in advance. There are 3 types of nigiri courses, as well as bara chirashi. The chef struck up a conversation and was easygoing. It was nice to chat about all sorts of things.

The artwork at the restaurant drew me in. The atmosphere was lovely, and I enjoyed delicious sushi! The maitake miso soup was fantastic too✌️

We visited as the second stop for a New Year's party. It's in a quiet spot slightly away from the street, and the restaurant's atmosphere was very nice. The chef was pleasant, and I had no complaints about his attentiveness or the service. We left the selection to the chef and had drinking snacks, individual dishes, and about 5 pieces of nigiri each (2 of the 4 people had 3 pieces), along with 3 bottles of hot sake and around three glasses of chuhai. I was surprised that this came to over 一万 per person. Even considering the Kagurazaka location and good service, I thought it was a little too expensive when it wasn't a full course. I understand that sushi restaurants don't always list prices, but I don't feel like going again.

Despite being in Kagurazaka, it has neighborhood sushi restaurant prices, while the flavors are very refined, as you'd expect in Kagurazaka. Today I had the 6000円 course. ＊Tuna kakuni, kombu, pickles ＊Sashimi ＊Sea bream clear soup with yuzu, ＊Engawa, grilled tuna skewers ＊Sushi Everything had refined flavors and was truly wonderful. In particular, the sashimi, aged aji, toro, and lightly dried squid were exquisite and absolutely fantastic. I was incredibly full. It's homey and welcoming. Even without a course, the jo-grade sushi meal is 3800円. Highly recommended.

A sushi restaurant with meticulous craftsmanship. I've been coming here for over 10 years. The warmed sake in particular is exquisite and delicious❗ Of course, the sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, and soups are all delicious too❗ When I heard that the owner of the kappo restaurant I consider the best in Kagurazaka also comes here, it made perfect sense❗
