Amazing dining experience! Came here recently to celebrate my 30th birthday and the food was incredible! It was my families and mine's first time doing omakase and we were not disappointed! Everything we experienced was a 10/10. Food was incredible! And while we had tried many of the fish previously the quality was better then anything we've had. Chef also uses a translation device to communicate with non Japanese speakers and he made the environment friendly and funny! Well definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious!!! Sushi Wasabi is a wonderful place to indulge in your senses. First time at a sushi omakase. And it was a world class meal. It was one of thee best meals my wife and I have ever had. It wasn’t just a meal but a culinary experience. It was a journey of flavors, laughter and technique. It was a highly interactive dinner from the chef, to the cooking, to actually consuming the food. The whole night we were laughing and smiling. It all starts with the Head Chef. Supreme personality, who is a master craftsman. He makes the whole meal a memorable time, filled with good conversation, precision style, and a multitude of courses. We stopped counting but had at least 20 different dishes. The seafood is fresh. Each course was cooked or prepared right in front of us, the chef explained what it was and how to eat it. The food was just simply amazing! It was a pleasure seeing a professional at work. Each dish was prepared with pure artistry. Highly recommend a reservation as there are only 8 countertop seats. Dining takes a couple hours. Also be careful there is another sushi wasabi place. We were late because we ubered to the wrong location and felt horrible that we were 15 minutes late. Shout out to the Head Chef, you are a wonderful person with great skill. He recommended to stay young, “lots of vinegar and smiles!

This was the part of our trip to Japan that I looked forward to most and I was highly satisfied. The dishes were unique, the fish incredibly fresh, and the chef friendly and excited to tell us about each course. The bluefin tuna gill was a highlight for sure but it would be impossible to pick a favorite. We did the Evening Special Omakase and it was worth every penny!! If you’re a foodie like me this omakase experience will be the highlight of the whole trip.

This place was highly recommended to us and we can absolutely confirm that it deserves the praise. The quality of the products is outstanding. The chef is truly kind and incredibly friendly. Such a warm and genuine person who gave us a wonderful evening with his amazing food. Also his Team was amazing! We tried several fish that we had never even heard of before and everything was fantastic. Thank you for this great experience.

Very nice sushi experience. Chef is quiet but very focus, and sushi is beautiful. Rice temperature is perfect, fish is fresh and clean taste. Counter is small, so you feel special. Each piece come with good timing, not too fast, not slow. I like especially the wasabi balance. 強すぎない、でも香りある。 Price is reasonable for this quality. If you like calm sushi place, not noisy, this is perfect. I recommend for sushi lovers.
