Great local sushi shop! Very welcoming and friendly! Best sushi I’ve had in Tokyo so far!

I visited for lunch on a weekday. There are 6 counter seats, but there seem to be quite a few table seats. The tables looked reasonably occupied, including by a group of local ladies. I ordered the lunch nigiri. Nigiri with chawanmushi and miso soup costs 900円. The chawanmushi was piping hot, but nicely flavored and good. The miso soup was delicious too, with kombu and a large shellfish. The sushi was properly made nigiri using red vinegar, and this was delicious as well. The tamagoyaki had かいせい branded onto it, which showed their attention to detail. I was curious about the restaurant's name, 海勢. There was a photo of an oil-discharge monitoring vessel displayed at the entrance, so perhaps there's some connection. I think I'll ask next time.
