I had an absolutely incredible experience at this sushi restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The quality of the fish was honestly insane, incredibly fresh. What made the experience even better was the chef. He was so kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can really tell when someone loves their craft, and it makes a huge difference. He had a phone to translate all the conversations (we are Spanish and had no problem communicating). We had such a great time!! I would 100% return if I come back to Tokyo and recommend it to any friend that will come to the city.
View on GoogleWe had to pleasure to eat at Jin-E. A unique experience on the 45th floor of the Bellustar tower with a spectacular view of Tokyo. The dishes were exquisite! The staff gave us detailed information on each preparation and service was top class. We can only recommend this restaurant!
View on GoogleOn my last day in Tokyo, I was wondering where I should have omakase as the final wrap-up of my trip. Sushi JIN-È drew my attention since it scores 5.0 in Google Review. I decided to give it a go and joined the previous diners to give it a firm 5.0 👍 It mainly offers genuine Edomae-sushi served by a highly experienced sushi chef, Mr Kato, and fine dishes with seasonal ingredients in Japan. It is an additional bonus that I could enjoy the excellent view of Tokyo metropolitan skyscraper at JIN-È since it is located on the 45th floor of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, a new landmark in the Kabukicho area of Tokyo. Enjoying this unique view from the high floor and being disconnected from everyday life definitely made the dining experience more luxurious and irreplaceable. If you are looking for authentic sushi and seasonal delicacies, do not hesitate to go for their major highlight - the "Recommended Pairing Course”. It includes five seasonal dishes and twelve pieces of sushi, paired with a selection of ten different beverages, including wine and sake. The entire experience is luxurious. I am now missing the gentle flavour in my mouth. Each piece is unarguably an experience to be savored 😋 I will definitely be back for another culinary journey when I visit Tokyo next time :)
View on GoogleIt’s Our first day in Tokyo and we landed on my son’s birthday. He wanted to go to an Omakase for dinner. Our concierge found this one and made us reservations. At first, my son being 13, wanted to go to one of the “insta famous” omakases… and there wasn’t much on this. But I’m so happy we went here. It was absolutely amazing! The fish, the presentation, their attention to detail and attentiveness to myself and my boys. Not only that, the view from the 45th floor was incredible. We got so lucky with the sunset. I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem! Thank you for an unforgettable evening.
View on GoogleStopped in for our final meal during our honeymoon! The sushi was some of the best we have ever had, and the restaurant has an amazing view of the Tokyo skyline. Will be coming back on our next trip to Japan!
