Got fresh strawberries. Best I had in Japan. Warm service even though they didn’t speak English at all.
View on GoogleThe fruit sandwiches were delicious and the staff were the loveliest we've met in Japan, and that's saying something!
View on Google2026/7/9 afternoon I had lunch nearby and found this shop while looking for an after-meal dessert. The reviews were good, and perhaps I expected too much…… unfortunately, I wasn't completely satisfied. There was only 1 kind of parfait, priced at 1,500円, so my friend and I both chose apple pie for dessert. The pie slice was rather small with little cooked apple inside, half a serving of ice cream alongside, and a meager amount of fruit. 950円. Finely chopped or very thinly sliced apple, a bite of banana, and so on. They said I could get a smoothie for an additional 300円, so I ordered a green smoothie. It was very delicious and plentiful, so I was satisfied, but the apple pie was a little disappointing! The several groups there were all having lunch, and their sandwiches looked delicious. Payment was cash only, with no receipt.
View on GoogleRun by a fruit shop, this is a place to enjoy colorful sweets and gently flavored meals. I had the fruit sandwich. It was strikingly vibrant, packed with fruits such as strawberries, bananas, kiwi, and oranges, making it a feast for the eyes too. All the fruit was ripe, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity, and each bite brought out the flavors of the season. The fresh cream was light and used in a way that kept the fruit flavors at the center, making it refreshing right to the end. The set's salad, soup, and other accompaniments also had gentle flavors, ensuring satisfaction for those who want more than fruit alone. The overall portion was just right, offering a satisfying meal for lunch or an afternoon break. You could sense the quality of the ingredients and the discerning selection unique to a fruit shop; it was a carefully prepared, highly accomplished dish. The café also has a calm atmosphere where you can take your time alone or with friends. This dish is especially recommended for those who like sweets and want to fully savor delicious fruit. I went before noon, but it was almost full. It's easy to see why this place is so popular with women.
View on GoogleI've been to various fruit-parlor cafés such as 千疋屋, タカノ, 資生堂, and others, but this place is wonderful! You can have a lavish, generously sized parfait packed with high-quality fruit, to the point where I worry whether it's okay to offer this quality at this price. The approachable, old-fashioned coffee-shop atmosphere is lovely too. All the staff are kind, and the service quality is very high. It isn't bulked up with cornflakes or anything like that, and this outstanding parfait that fruit lovers won't be able to resist costs 1500円—such great value that it's hard to believe it's in Shinjuku. While I want lots of people to know about it, it would also be a problem if it became too well-known and crowds flocked here. It's a special café on my favorites list 🫶 When I visited after 3 in the afternoon on a weekday, the fruit sandwiches were sold out, so if you're after those, going in the morning might be wise.
