View on GoogleCold tsukimi yamakake soba set meal. The soba is luxuriously fully equipped with tororo (grated yam), mountain vegetables, green onions, nameko mushrooms, tenkasu (tempura scraps), bonito flakes, and shredded nori✨ The chilled soba is teeth-achingly cold🦷🥶 Furthermore, the mountain vegetables also come on top of the 'kayaku gohan' (mixed rice), entering a full-course mountain vegetable experience🌿 The light-flavored kayaku gohan with nozawana as the perfect accent was superb🤤 Set meal with katsudon and a choice of soba. The lineup is ┌——————--┐ Cold tsukimi yamakake soba Cold mountain vegetable tororo soba 👉 Curry nanban soba Wasabi leaf soba └——————--┘ Since it's getting cold, I chose the Curry nanban soba🔥 Adding the triple combo of katsudon + curry + soba, this is now the ultimate 'fattening' set🐷oink!!

When I check with the staff, "There is no mori." Since I have no choice Ordering from a smartphone by reading a QR code ◆Order: Zaru soba large serving 920 yen (tax included) The soba is dark, perhaps because it includes the husk. When slurped The texture and coldness feel good, but The texture is a bit lacking. I could say a lot, but I'll choose not to talk about it here. Thanks for the meal. ◆Side note At night, there are many types of Japanese sake, Good for liquor lovers. ◆Tokyo Opera City Dining B1 Floor Visited: Chinese noodle specialist Tanaka Soba-ten Visited: Ootoya Gohan-dokoro Visited: Indian cuisine specialist Ganges Visited: Tonkatsu specialist Saboten Main Store Visited: Steak & Tacos Texas Visited: Sandwich specialist Subway Visited: Burger specialist Lotteria Visited: Chinese cuisine specialist Xi'an Gyoza Visited: Soba specialist Shinshu Soba-dokoro Sojibo Visited: Kinsei Pasta Cafe ●Not visited Izakaya Tsukiji Shokudo Gen-chan
View on GooglePayment can be made with cash, various electronic money, QR code payments, and credit cards. Since the store is underground, there is Wi-Fi. When it first opened, the soy sauce was thinner, Kansai-style, but recently it has shifted a bit closer to Kanto. Furthermore, for hot soba, the style has changed to pouring the hongarebushi yourself. However, although it's unavoidable these days, the price hikes are terrible. The standard set meal is now approaching 1500 yen if you upsize the soba. At this price, there's no point in eating here. It's too expensive. Hasn't the price risen nearly 1.5 times compared to 10 years ago? At this price, if you step out of the building, there are 'Maruya', 'Matsunoya', and 'Sarashina' around Hatsudai, and if you walk a little further there is 'Yabuzen', all of which also serve topped dishes, so there are tendon or katsudon sets. I've been going for over 20 years, but unless the weather is so bad that I can't go out, I don't think I'll go again. If you only look at the price, Hatsudai 'Kawashima', which tastes better, also becomes an option. In the past, cold soba came with wasabi that you grated yourself. This service also disappeared at some point. Lunch sets used to be a good deal, but wow, at some point it became a high-end store. The soba here has a firm texture and is delicious. It felt nostalgic, like the soba my grandmother used to make at the main house in the countryside, but where is that now...
View on GoogleA soba restaurant in Opera City that I have visited several times. I was with children and it was helpful that there were tatami seats in the back. It's a place where you can have a leisurely lunch at a soba restaurant!
