If you want authentic xiaolongbao in Higashi-Shinjuku, this is about the only place. The photo shows 'Sichuan Soba' and 'Beef Xiaolongbao'. I went in at 6:30 PM, it was quite empty, the taste was just average. Students often say 'It's delicious!', but if you're an adult who has eaten a lot of Chinese food, it's not something to be moved by. The Sichuan beef ramen has a punch and is properly spicy in the authentic way! Recently there are many ramen shops with a punch, so I recommend the Sichuan ramen here. The xiaolongbao are probably pre-made, so they can't beat shops that make them fresh, but the price is cheap. The garlic-flavored fried spare ribs were incredibly delicious! I recommend this.
