I came for breakfast to see what a ¥500 bowl of ramen tastes like 😊 Service was polite, fast and efficient. It took me a little time to Google Translate the ticket machine but it wasn't a difficult process. Thank goodness no one was waiting behind me so I didn't feel any pressure 😁 I had the choice of shoyu or shio. I chose the shio but the shoyu option seemed like the more popular choice with the next handful of customers. I enjoyed my shio ramen bowl. It was simple but tasty with perfectly cooked noodles. I will definitely be returning to try more options at lunch

I’d give it a 4.5 I’d I could. The ramen and tsukemen look nice, but I came for the mazesoba (まぜそば). It’s the ramen without the broth, with some oils in the bottom that you mix with the noodles to coat them. Youu can add some other ingredients to your liking as well. This was a good bowl for sure, and the noodles were really nice and chewy. The pork was excellent as well. Toppings were also generous. Great location and fast and friendly service.

I came across this place on my way to shinjuku gyoen garden and decided to give it a try. They had different kinds of ramen on their menu and I had never tried niboshi ramen so I gave it a try. The place was not roomy and the seating was friendly for single users as each of them was separated. I didn’t wait long to get my order and I was amazed by how clear the broth was. The ramen was so soft and springy that I enjoyed every bit of it. Together with the pork and chicken which were flavorful with the broth it felt like heaven. I finished all of it but not the soup. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here and I would say the food was reasonably priced. Would love to come back to try other ramen on their menu one day!

It is a popular store where many customers are always waiting in line to enter. I had plenty of time, so I lined up. Buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine first and then line up. I was worried about whether to make ramen or tsukemen, but I chose ramen. It is a soup based on "niboshi" and has a salty and soy sauce flavor, and I made it salty. The flavorful soup had a very elegant taste and was well balanced with the straight thin noodles. The hearty char siu was also delicious. As expected, it is a popular restaurant!

The shop opens till late at night and is directly connected to one of the metro stations. The noodles are smooth but the niboshi taste is not too strong and impactful
