Saray Kebab
The meaning of 'Saray' is palace. It is taken from the residence of the Ottoman Empire emperor, 'Topkapi Palace'. Kebab is a general term for Middle Eastern grilled meat dishes, and is one of the Turkish cuisines counted as one of the three major cuisines of the world. Today, it is also known as a fast food loved all over the world. We aim to expand stores throughout Japan so that everyone in Japan can feel Turkish cuisine closer. Our name ‘SARAY’, it means Palace.

View on GoogleFull of cabage. Felt like I ordered food from vegetarian restaurant. Half plate of meat and other half of whilte cabbage. Same with the kebab sandwich which was filled with white cabbage. Waste of money.
