The line looks long but moves efficiently. We arrived at 12:40 and were seated at 1:05. Ee went with our kids and we split ourselves into groups of 2 to make it easier for the workers and ourselves. But once we got in there they were able to sit us together at the counter anyways. We don’t know much about ramen but enjoyed our meals. We were very happy we waited for this. You can definitely tell it’s different from the chain ramen spots. The service was great and efficient. Don’t let the line intimidate you. I think if you are patient you can try it.
View on GoogleDon’t let the lack of steam fool you—it’s a visual deception. Beneath the thick, golden film of lard lies a scorching miso broth that incinerates your logic from the very first sip, dragging you into a state of addictive euphoria. The scent of ginger tries to pull you back to reality, but it’s a futile struggle against the relentless heat carried by the springy, crinkled noodles. In the quiet heart of Edogawabashi, there is a sublime pleasure in walking straight into this trap. By the time you finish the last drop, the world outside will never look quite the same.
View on GoogleThe restaurant is spacious and very bright. The line formed around 30 mins before the opening time on a weekday evening but since the restaurant is not very small I think there’s no need to go ahead of time The miso ramen is really oily as the other reviews stated. The taste is on the salty side which I like but it’s very oily . The egg and pork are both good Staffs are really nice and friendly
View on GoogleThe noodles were extremely greasy, completely unlike the style of Japanese ramen. On top of that, I experienced the worst dining service ever. Despite plenty of available seating inside, I had to wait in the cold wind for an hour. It was absolutely not worth it, so please think twice before going!
View on GoogleWas on my list so visited and got there about half hour before they opened - 4th in the queue: looked at the phone a bit and suddenly there’s a queue of people that showed up. Gosh this was a good bowl of ramen. Loved the miso broth, so so rich and so delicious. Perfectly cooked egg noodles. One of the best bowls of ramen I had in Tokyo
