I’ve had 3 Wagyu based meals in Tokyo now and this was by far the best (especially the sirloin cut!). Definitely do the unlimited meat and alcohol course if that’s what you’re into, phenomenal value and incredible food. It was our first meal in Japan with our 4 month old and we were nervous about that, the staff quickly removed those worries by placing us in a private room and being incredibly kind throughout. They even gave us a family picture and little toy to take away! Cannot speak highly enough of the restaurant!

My brothas and I hit Rokkasen for the 2-hour all-you-can-drink and eat, and it blew us away. Every cut was marbled so well we thought about eating it raw, we didn’t get cut off (despite our impressive alcohol intake), and dessert slapped harder than a Latina after she finds out you cheated on her. Huge shoutout to Mitsuki (absolute legend) - super kind, gave great food recs, and showed us how to cook everything the right way. If you're in Shinjuku and want top-tier Wagyu with next-level hospitality, Rokkasen is the move. 55 stars, 55 steaks, 55 drinks, 55 Kimonos (dress nice if possible) *hit rock bar for afters if you know good music*

This is one of the few places I looked that welcomes solo travelers with reservations, making it an excellent option for those dining alone, and also via their website/ google booking and not through a third service that you have to pay. The restaurant showcases an impressive variety of beef dishes, ranging from Matsusaka and Kobe beef to standard options. Whether you’re in the mood for yakiniku, shabu-shabu, or sukiyaki, the selections cater to all tastes. The quality of the beef is simply extraordinary, so good, it feels almost too good to be true. This excellent experience is perfectly matched by the exceptional service and care from the staff.Highly recommended for those seeking a high-quality dining experience focused on premium beef.

We loved the view of Shinjuku first, and we thought it’s quite pricey, but it worths! We enjoyed wagyu sukiyaki, perfect taste of wagyu, and delightful service. We appreciate so much about great first family dinner in Japan!

This is my second time at Rokkasen making a reservation on Tabelog. This location has a nice view of Shinjuku on the seventh floor of the Sunflower Building. English menus are provided and you order from a tablet. The all you can drink alcohol is weak but considering the quality of the meat and seafood you can get in the all you can eat winter course I can overlook that.
