Only 3 stores in Tokyo! A German wine specialty store where adults gather. ~Riesling~ Only 3 German wine specialty stores in Tokyo. Speaking of German wine, there is an image of sweetness, but that's not all! There are also plenty of "crisp dry" and "delicious red wine" that go perfectly with food! Also great for wine parties and qualification exam preparation. Even if you are not familiar with German wine, the owner will propose according to your preferences, so please feel free to come♪ Please enjoy authentic German cuisine made by the owner who worked in Germany. While maintaining the traditional taste, it is more to the Japanese taste with less salt than the authentic one. A must-try is the "homemade sausage". 3 types of pork each in different sizes...

Very low key restaurant specialized in German food. Have minimum selection of glass wines, around 3 or 4 whites and 2 or 3 reds. More option for bottles. No half bottles or carafes. Food selection is bar like with some larger plates. I had the mix of 2 sausages and the serving was good. The caprese was tasty, but the serving was slightly small. The atmosphere of the place is quite standard but the service was very good.

The food is delicious, atmosphere is nice until the loud group comes. The wine is also good and priced reasonably. Will definitely come back. 4/10/25

First visit after 9 pm. There are 2 customers before me. First, I'll have Erdinger Weissbier. For now, I'll order the three-kind appetizer platter: smoked salmon, Caesar salad, seasonal vegetable tomato stew, and plain sausage. This smoked salmon is exquisite. The salmon itself is delicious, and the balance with the tartar is very good. This sauce is delicious so I order bread. It's bad manners, but dipping bread in this sauce is the best. The wine is of course white, a bottle of Polich. It's dry and has a good taste. The sausage is coarse and meaty, feels handmade and is delicious. The volume is also quite large. Finally, I add potato gratin. This is pretty good. With this, it's 5500 yen per person, I'm satisfied.

Visit around 6:30 pm on 11/14/2025. The owner seems to have learned cooking well in Germany, and you can taste the authentic German flavor. Also, speaking of Germany is beer, but wine is also available, and I especially recommend German wine. It was quite delicious. I recommend drinking the Riesling wine that has the same name as the store name. The price range is slightly higher. The store has 4-5 tables for 4 people and about 10 counter seats. I wondered if I could go without a reservation, but I was able to enter smoothly. Anyway, it's calm and has an excellent atmosphere, so I recommend it for those who want to enjoy German wine, beer, and German cuisine at a leisurely pace. The sausage seems to be cooked after ordering, so I recommend ordering it first. It's a rare, calm, hidden gem in Shinjuku.
