Top rated, chicken based broth serving simple but wholesome tastes. The chicken base makes it feel lighter & less fatty than others, easy to drink until the last drop, filling you up without fulling you out. If that even makes sense... There is a standard price for the base set, sold via vending machine, with egg/noodles/extra meat (pork or chicken) as potential add-ons. Take a ticket and a seat, food comes out quick. Its very zen watching the bowls get prepared... noodles spooned out, meat thinly sliced, greenery delicately topped. Small store only fits about 12 people via bar seats, so there's always a line but goes fast. Lots of happy slurping can be heard all throughout.
View on GoogleWe came around 5PM on weekends and waited around 20mins to get seats. The noodles were tasted pretty amazing. Soup was not heavy at all. The atmosphere was very nice as they were controlling the number of people stays in the store. Average adult male cost is around 2000円(A noodle set and single topping) ‼️Important reminders‼️ - the store does not accept cash payment. People needs to use credit cards and online payment to pre-order the foods at vending machine - if you are not coming alone, please queue together. (They do not accept representing. If you come as 3 people, please all standby in the queue) - if there’s no empty seat, staff will firstly call you in to pre-order foods at vending machine. Once you place the order, give the receipts to staff and return to the queue and waiting outside. Hope these helps :)
View on GoogleIncredible ramen. One chef prepares everything with great precision. The broth for both the salt and the soy based ramen is not too heavy. It is a popular place in the area and deservedly so.
View on GoogleA great bowl of ramen, with nice atmosphere, ordered the shoyu ramen and which was prepared by a single chef with precision and care, noodles were on spot with the texture, wonton were also a delight. The bowl has also had a plesent presentation Counter seat are mostly available Recommend to anyone!
View on GoogleSoup is still good, but just tastes normal as others are becoming better and better. It’s been 1.5 years since my last visit. Before, it’s one of my favorite chicken shoyu/shio ramen. However, it didn’t grow much. I still like it, but doubt if it’s still one of the top chicken ramen in Tokyo. The noodles are cooked to a bit soft, and the soup lacks deeper layers of tastes… Good thing is the attitude of chefs is still amazing. Details such as how carefully they cool down and organize the ramen in the bowl prove it well.
