There’s always a lineup here but for good reason as the food is so good it’s a little bit more expensive than other ramen shops, but the quality is like no other. The dip Ramen is well worth it and they also give you rice if you want to use it to soak up the rest of your broth at the end of your meal. Very efficient system as you line up outside and figure out what you wanna eat and then you use a ticket system to order your meal. They were also giving the girls hair ties to eat!
View on GoogleTatsunoya is still one of my favorite tsukemen places in Tokyo, and honestly, one of the best for me. I almost always come back whenever I visit Tokyo. There is usually a long queue, yes, but it is truly worth the wait, even in winter and even with kids. The moment you sit down, dip the noodles into the soup, and take that first bite, you immediately understand why this place is so loved. Rich, comforting, and seriously tasty. My go to order is the medium size at ¥1,650 with chashu and tasty egg. It is very satisfying and feels like the perfect portion. I also really enjoy their pickles, especially the bean sprouts, and adding the fresh pressed onion makes the flavor even better. They serve iced mineral water free of charge, which is a nice touch. And one of my favorite parts is how you can end the meal if you still have soup left. You can order kaedama for ¥200, or have it with porridge, which is also excellent. My kids loved it as well. A place I will definitely keep returning to, and one I would gladly recommend to family, friends, and anyone visiting Tokyo.
View on GoogleIt is probably the best ramen I’ve ever had. I make sure to eat here every time I visit Japan. There is usually a queue, so I recommend coming before opening time. Last time I arrived around 10:50 AM and there was already a line, but I still managed to get into the first batch. The tsukemen dipping soup has a very rich and complex flavor — I think there’s black garlic in it — and it even contains fried intestine which adds a lot of depth. The sliced pork was also incredibly good. Honestly, words can’t really describe it properly, you just need to try it yourself.
View on GoogleStaff was so so so nice and efficient and the food was beyond our expectations. Everything was more than perfect and the wait is not long at all. You get in line outside, the lady will tell you to go order inside, you get back in line and she calls you back when there's room for you inside (it was maybe 8 minutes of wait time in total). An absolute must if you are in the area! 19$ CAD for two ramen bowls.
View on GoogleThis Ramen restaurant is operating in Shinjuku area of Tokyo. The restaurant setup is simple Menu is relatively wide. Enjoyed their Charsiu Ramen, Charsiu Tsukemen and Charsiu Rice bowl. All three are recommended. Food portions are reasonable. Service is fast. Cleanliness is good. Prices are reasonable. Accessibility to the restaurant is good.
