らぁ麺 くろ渦Ramen Kurouzu
Ramen & rice bowls with toppings such as chicken, pork & egg in a modest eatery with counter seats.
Using whole Daisen chickens without holding back, and adding duck bones and chicken bones to give the flavor depth and body, the soup is made with careful attention to simmering time and temperature control. The noodles use carefully selected wheat and are blended with tapioca flour to give them a distinctive texture and smoothness going down.

A temple to simplicity. The shoyu duck ramen here is perfect, with a glistening, buoyant broth hiding a well rounded umami flavor. The bamboo shoots are well seasoned and bring a slight earthy sweetness while the chicken, and duck both have distinct, clean and tender textures. In a world of movement, change and competition this small ramen shop shows why sometimes the most simple things are the most beautiful.
View on GoogleTasty ramen. Popular. Relatively small restuarant with mostly counter bench seating. Buy ticket from machine yourself. Machine takes small notes. Give ticket to staff, then take a seat. They have some boiled rice and pork, but they don't have fried rice
View on GoogleA ton of locals were lining up for this ramen shop. Buckwheat noodles were sold out in the afternoon. It’s the most popular shop in the area around lunchtime. I got the soy sauce noodles. Noodles were mid, but the broth and eggs were really good, though it wasn’t spectacular. They allow outside drinks which is great! As they don’t have any drinks in store.
View on GoogleNot a bad ramen place, the flavor was pretty good, lacks a bit of umami, but I do like the ways it's presented. This was a bit overrated in my book (4.1@227) to me it would be mid 3~4 When I went, it was just 1 person, and he handled about 10 people quite efficiency. As for food, I had the Tsukemen and Char-siu don. The noodles were not special in any way, a bit less substantial compared to many other Tsukemen noodles, BUT, they were in a konbu soup base, which did help with the lack of umami from the dipping soup portion, which was soy sauce based. There were, from what it seemed, 4 types of char-siu. Smoked pork belly, Pork roast, Chicken breast, all sliced And pork belly in chunks, some at the bottom of the dipping soup, and I believe the same used on the char-siu don. Would I go again? Doubt it, but if someone wanted to try it out, I wouldn't mind going again, because they apparently have one more type of soup base; Nodoguro(type of fish)
